At Karma East, we want you to love your new garments; if they aren’t the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. We pride ourselves on high-quality natural fabrics and unique prints, ensuring a smooth return process if your selection isn't exactly what you envisioned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in a mailing satchel.

• 3.
  Post the Package

  Affix the generated shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest post office or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Processing & Resolution

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your refund, store credit, or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
